Rocco P. Imperatrice, III

Rocco P Imperatrice, IIIRocco P. Imperatrice, III is a lifelong Delaware County resident. He has served in multiple community and legal leadership roles, including, President of the Delaware County Bar Association, Chairman of the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority, and Chairman of the Edgmont Township Board of Supervisors. Mr. Imperatrice concentrates his practice upon real estate and land development, commercial litigation (including employment discrimination defense litigation), higher education and corporate and business representation. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, 1st and 3rd Circuits, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and is a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law and graduate of St. Joseph’s University.

Ronald A. Amarant

Ronald A. AmarantRonald A. Amarant concentrates his practice in general profit and non-profit corporate and business law with an emphasis on higher education law, business transactions, contract negotiation and preparation, regulatory law, employment law, real estate matters and estate planning and administration. As a general civil practitioner for over twenty years, his experience also includes a variety of employment discrimination matters, bank loan and private placement financings and representation of clients in matters involving federal, state and local governmental agencies. Mr. Amarant is a graduate of Yale University and the Widener University School of Law. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in Widener University’s Masters of Public Administration Program and on several committees of the Delaware County Bar Association.

John P. Capuzzi, Sr.

John P. CapuzziJohn P. Capuzzi, Sr. was a Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania serving nearly seventeen years in the Torts Litigation Section where he was the Attorney-in-Charge of the Norristown Regional Office. Mr. Capuzzi’s practice is concentrated in personal injury litigation, including highway design, motor vehicle safety and commercial vehicle crashes; construction litigation; medical malpractice; governmental relations and regulatory review; and land use, zoning issues and tax assessment appeals. He also specializes in preparing appellate court briefs and presenting oral arguments. Mr. Capuzzi has a B.A. and M.B.A from LaSalle University and earned his J.D. at Widener University School of Law. Mr. Capuzzi has taught trial advocacy skills at the Widener ITAP Program and at the National Association of Attorneys General skills course and has lectured on highway design and safety issues at several national conferences. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Delaware County Bar Association and Chairman of the Civil Rules Committee. In addition, he is member and Past-President of the Guy G. de Furia American Inns of Court and has served as a member of the Editorial Board of The Legal Intelligencer. He also served six years on the Board of Commissioners of Marple Township, two years as President, and eight years as President of the Yeadon Borough Counsel. Additionally, he is a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist and has published and presented several scientific works and won awards for his research while at Temple University Hospital and Crozer-Chester Medical Center.

Kathleen O'Connell Bell

Kathleen O'Connell BellKathleen O’Connell Bell’s practice is concentrated upon commercial civil litigation in state and federal court systems. Her primary areas of practice are commercial civil litigation, employment law, higher education law, and real estate law. She is a graduate of Marist College and Temple University School of Law. She has been licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 2002. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Delaware County Bar Association.
